Aurora Opal Ring – Dark Blue with Red-Green Flashes – Size N-O

This ring has been made with an aurora opal, a type of lab-created synthetic opal that has a really vivid play of colour. This piece is dark blue with some really vibrant red and green flashes. 

I have made the band and setting with copper wire, which has a silver-coloured tarnish-resistant coating. I’ve weaved around the band with finer wire, to add some strength and detail to it. I find this particular weave really comfortable on a ring and the band will still be slightly malleable.

This ring is approximately a size O in UK sizing.
