This pendant is discounted as it’s been on display in a shop and the clear coating on the weaving wire has yellowed. It’s only really obvious when viewed from certain angles. The chain may also have tarnished slightly, but that can be polished with a silver cloth.Â
This pendant is made with a colourful waste product from surfboard glazing called surfite. It has swirls of different coloured resin, this one is various shades of blue over a peach coloured base. Â
I’ve wrapped the surfite using silver coloured copper wire, which has a tarnish resistant coating. It has quite a wide bail with a pretty ‘figure of eight’ weave across it and I’ve added a wave over the front of the surfite as a nod to its origin.Â
The pendant comes with a silver plated chain, which is fully adjustable between approximately 16 and 19 inches, making it great for gifting, or for adjusting to different neck lines.Â
